As an Administrative and Financial Manager, I am responsible for comprehensively and professionally handling taxes, accounting, HR, and financial control for freelancers and SMEs. Specifically, I manage:

• Taxes: preparation, submission, and control of all tax obligations (VAT, Personal Income Tax, quarterly and annual forms, 347, 349, etc.).

• Accounting: complete registration, invoicing, reconciliations, and monthly closing.

• HR: payroll management, contracts, registrations/deregistrations, and labor procedures.

• Financial control: treasury monitoring, cash flow, budgets, and executive reporting to maintain clear visibility of the economic situation.

At Calella Football Club, I have taken on outsourced back-office administrative tasks, comprehensively managing multiple operational and financial aspects of the club. In parallel, I am leading a project to review, improve, and implement more efficient administrative processes and tools. My main responsibilities include:

• Complete invoicing management

• Insurance contracting and administration

• Preparation of debt statements and collection monitoring

• Support in accounting and financial records

• Coordination and fluid communication with the external accounting firm

• Review and diagnosis of existing administrative processes

• Design, improvement, and implementation of new processes and tools to optimize club administration. This role combines daily operational execution with the transformation and professionalization of administrative management, bringing greater control, efficiency, and organization to the club.

I led the financial and administrative structuring for growing companies, focusing on ERP implementations and process transformations to improve visibility, control, and efficiency. I directed ERP and management tool implementations (e.g., Odoo, SAGE/A3), coordinating multidisciplinary teams (4-6 people), gathering requirements, configuring systems, testing, and providing user training and post-implementation support. I optimized end-to-end invoicing, treasury, and reporting processes, reducing DSO by 15% through improved monitoring, automation, and risk mitigation strategies. I designed financial forecasting tools and business cases to broaden short- and long-term treasury visibility, aligning with organizational objectives and financial strategies. I implemented process control systems and automations tailored to business needs, ensuring compliance, sustainability, and lessons learned from post-implementation reviews. I delivered in-company training and financial transformation consulting services, supporting change management and cross-functional collaboration in international contexts.
