Key Responsibilities and Achievements:

- Training and development of the Front of House team members and team leaders;

- Identifying technical and soft skill gaps, and developing the Front of House team members and team leaders accordingly;

- Establishing and reviewing standards of performance;

- Recruiting of Front of House department team members;

- Managing P&L budget for the Front of House Department;

- Maximised hotel revenue and contributed to an increase of ADR and REVPAR of 9,7% between May 2018 to September 2019;

- Contributed to an increase of GOP of 24,8% from May 2018 to September 2019.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:

- Delivering training to the Front of House team members and team leaders;

- Holding department meetings to communicate new policies, procedures and areas of concern;

- Managing Payroll for the Front of House department;

- Producing Rota for the Front of House department;

- Increased customer satisfaction score on Trust You of the 2%, going from 91%to 93%, becoming the hotel with the highest result in the company; - Reduced Minibar wastage of 52% between 2017 and 2018.
