I am Sarah,a project and product manager with 15 years of experiencein the consumer goods industry – and the difference compared to many consultants:I don't just say what needs to be done. I also implement it!

My focus areas are furniture, mattresses & bedding, home textiles, personal care, cosmetics, food, and baby & child products for brands and private labels. I work where assortments, processes, and supply chains converge, ensuring that products can be developed, sourced, moved, and sold without projects getting stuck.

A central part of my work is the development of new products and product lines: from market and demand analysis, supplier selection, and sample coordination to final specifications, calculations, volume planning, and the complete go-to-market.

I coordinate internal teams and external partners, clarify requirements, set priorities, and ensure that products reach the market on time, brand-compliant, and saleable.

Companies hire me when they need someone who can take over projects without lengthy handovers and drive them forward consistently. I work closely with my clients' operational processes, keep stakeholders aligned, and ensure that procurement, forecasting, production planning, logistics, and content creation integrate smoothly. My projects range from new private labels to assortment expansion, seasonal planning, and international shipping and logistics solutions.

I work predominantly remotely, but of course, I am also available on-site (meetings, sampling, or production visits) when it makes sense for a project.
