Since November 2025, I have been working as an independent consultant through my company SMJ Event & Conseil. My goal is to support stakeholders in sports and events in the success of their most complex projects, combining operational rigor with strategic vision.

I also train future sports managers on the operational and strategic realities of the sector.

Overall Supervision: Planning and overseeing all swimming and para-swimming events across various competition venues, ensuring smooth execution during Test Events as well as during the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Leadership: Recruiting, training, and managing the specialized aquatics sports team; organizing the overall staff structure for on-site operations. Competition Coordination: Directing all technical aspects, including competition schedules, timings for all stakeholders, training plans, and procurement of specialized sports equipment. Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaising with Infrastructure, IT, Security, Transport, Accommodation, Medical/Anti-doping, Broadcasting, Catering, and Ticketing departments to ensure integrated service delivery. Institutional Liaison: Serving as the primary point of contact, managing relationships, and ensuring compliance with the technical requirements of the International Federations World Aquatics and World Para Swimming. PMO and Governance Steering: Preparing strategic materials and presentations for IOC and IPC committees and boards. Venue Design: Co-developing the technical design and layout of competition areas. Volunteer and Official Management: Selecting and training national technical officials and sports volunteers in partnership with national federations.

Project Management: Leading the coordination of national and international aquatic events with 360° management. International Relations: Managing strategic partnerships and daily relations with national and international federations. Administrative and Financial Management: Directing the administrative and financial management of the commercial entity "Nat'Event Organisation". Promotion: Overseeing marketing campaigns, ticketing strategies, and accreditation systems to ensure event profitability and visibility. Brand Activation: Designing and managing "Fan Zones" and partner villages to enhance spectator experience and sponsor engagement.
