My career has been built around helping organisations deliver complex transformation when the stakes are high. For more than 25 years I have worked with Boards, CEOs and executive leadership teams across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia, leading enterprise transformation in multinational, private equity-backed and family-owned organisations.

I have held executive leadership positions, including CEO and Chief Digital & Information Officer of a German technology company, where I led global transformation, governance, operating model redesign, acquisitions, divestitures and cost optimisation. Throughout my career I have been trusted to step into challenging environments, bring clarity to complex situations and deliver sustainable business outcomes.

My experience spans manufacturing, telecommunications, financial services, agriculture, consumer goods and technology. I have led ERP programmes, transformation offices, M&A integration, programme recovery, AI readiness initiatives and strategic execution programmes, managing portfolios exceeding €100 million and working with executive teams across multiple continents.

What differentiates me is that I combine strategic thinking with practical delivery. I enjoy working alongside leadership teams to simplify complexity, establish effective governance and help organisations move from strategy to execution. I believe successful transformation is not just about technology or process, but about bringing people with you and creating an environment where change can succeed.

Today I focus on interim leadership, executive advisory and transformation assignments where organisations need experienced leadership to accelerate delivery, recover complex programmes or guide significant business change. I bring an international perspective, hands-on experience and a calm, collaborative approach to solving difficult problems and delivering measurable results.
