For an industrial group, a joint venture between 2 international groups, I reinforced the accounting and finance team for a 3.5-month mission, with the objective of analyzing production processes to optimize costs and ensure continuity (transition) while awaiting the recruitment of a full-time internal employee.

I developed a training module with the objective of securing her income and managing her yoga business with peace of mind.

Collaboration with a yoga retreat center: structuring, financial monitoring management, and administrative management.
