Founder & Secretary General of the Association of Responsible Finance Actors "AFR" which aims to promote a Finance Friendly to Humans and Nature, committed solely to Life.

It is aimed at any individual professional working in finance and wishing to serve this noble cause.

The association's missions:

• Gather finance professionals who are committed to Responsible Finance or wish to commit;

• Promote Responsible Finance actors on an individual and institutional level;

• Communicate on the daily actions of Responsible Finance actors;

• Create meeting places to discuss the challenges of Responsible Finance;

• Assist committed Responsible Finance professionals in resolving their operational issues;

• Support finance professionals in transforming their profession so that they participate in the Responsible Finance of tomorrow.

My roles within the association: Assistance to the President, steering the communication strategy (creation of the logo, graphic charter, website and strategy), community management, support for treasury and administration functions.

Challenge: Implement and deploy the sustainable development strategy of a financial markets consulting firm.

My missions within the firm: Steering the group's sustainable development strategy. CSR Reporting. Building a patronage policy (financial and skills-based). Calculating the carbon footprint and neutrality policy for all products and services. Writing the annual CSR report. Writing the communication on progress for the Global Compact and integrating Sustainable Development Goals into the group's strategy. Implementing a responsible purchasing policy and responding to various requests from non-financial rating agencies. Training employees on sustainable development issues. Implementing a stakeholder communication strategy. Work recognized with a silver medal from Ecovadis for the year 2019 (82nd percentile).

Challenge: Creation and development of the sustainable development / responsible finance division (ETIOS) of the consulting firm specializing in capital markets, AiYO Group.

My missions within the firm:

- Representing the structure at events and conferences.

- Developing the consulting business and the subsidiary's growth strategy.

- Management & Leadership of a team (2 internal members and an ecosystem of 20 independent consultants).

- Consulting for financial institutions & companies on issues related to responsible finance, non-financial communication, and CSR strategy.

- Overall management of the division's communication and media strategy (creation of the logo, graphic charter, website and strategy)
