Types of projects I work on:

==> strategic planning, axes and positioning, messaging, platform recommendations, and publication calendar

- Website creation based on CMS (mainly Wordpress and Shopify) secure

==> hosting, domain name, installation, configuration, deployment

- Wordpress / Shopify Website Redesign

==> redesign, implementation of new features, optimization of customer/user journeys

- Webmastering

==> information updates, content publishing, aesthetic modifications

- Support, training, and consulting

To communicate on the project:

- Preferred communication method: email, slack, or discord + Wetransfer or Cloud (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) for sharing large files

- A minimum of 1 hour meeting per week with an agenda (preferably by phone, Zoom, or any other video conferencing application) to review progress together

- Writing and sending meeting minutes after each appointment

Profile Summary:

Over four years of experience in web and marketing project management, from large corporations to agencies, including supporting creators and artists.

My goal is to put my skills to work for artisans, VSEs, SMEs, and startups to support their development.

With a background in IT, I have complemented this technical foundation with marketing and communication expertise. This dual skill set allows me to manage digital projects in their entirety.
