Hello, I'm Sarah Franz! My mission is to accompany women on their path until they are fully empowered again.

As a certified Business Coach and Systemic Coach, I professionally support women in challenging situations and work with them to develop individual solutions that can be implemented practically and in everyday life.

I work solution-oriented and place the highest value on confidentiality, reliability, and self-efficacy. My goal is to get your female employees out of their thought loops and into action.

People reach their potential as soon as they have successes. Especially in a professional context, such experiences are of utmost importance, as they motivate individually, strengthen team spirit, and increase the company's innovative capacity.

My clients emerge strengthened from challenging situations. They develop an awareness of their strengths and how to proactively deal with conflict situations. Every person is unique, so there is no one-size-fits-all toolkit that is helpful for everyone. This is where good coaching comes in: it enables individuals to identify their own stumbling blocks and to equip themselves for the moment when they reappear.

For over 10 years, I supported people as a freelance editor in finding their own voice with their texts. Since my further training as a Systemic and Business Coach, I have been accompanying women who are going through times of change.

After we get to know each other and you decide to work with me, you book an hourly contingent that your female employees can then redeem with me. We will naturally stay in touch throughout the process.
