My responsibilities included identifying new business opportunities, presenting tailored workspace solutions to corporate clients, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. This experience allowed me to further develop my consultative sales approach and my ability to understand and respond to client needs in a B2B context. Working for a design-driven brand also connected well with my background in luxury communication, allowing me to apply a strong aesthetic sensitivity to my commercial work.

At BelSquare, I worked as a Consultant specializing in both letting and sales within the commercial real estate sector. In this role, I advised clients on property transactions, managed listings, and guided buyers, sellers, and tenants through the decision-making process. I developed a strong ability to simultaneously manage multiple files and client relationships while maintaining a high level of service quality. This position required a combination of commercial acumen, legal awareness, and strong interpersonal skills. It also reinforced my capacity to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a competitive and target-driven environment, building on the solid sales and negotiation foundation I had developed throughout my career.
