- Led the New COCOON project, a critical SAP implementation to develop an innovative archiving solution for ERP data, ensuring compliance with fiscal and legal requirements.
- Managed the build of the solution into the client’s landscape + the migration and integration of 16 SAP systems into the new solution across 13 different affiliates, ensuring all data was properly archived and accessible for compliance.
- Delivered the project on time to avoid severe financial penalties resulting from the discontinuation of the old archiving solution. The penalty risk was directly tied to a percentage of affiliates' turnover, making the timely execution crucial.
- Led change management efforts for over 300 users across multiple countries, ensuring smooth adoption of the new solution.
- Post-project management: Handled all aspects of the product service preparation, including:
— Preparation and management of the CMDB
— Establishing run costs for ongoing support and operations
— Drafting comprehensive guidelines and training materials for end users to ensure smooth transition and continued support
— Defined and coordinated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and support processes to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
— Post-go-live monitoring: Conducted performance assessments and fine-tuning with the solution editor based on early feedback to optimize the solution for users
— Managed the handover to support teams, ensuring a smooth transition of operations, including tracking and resolving any post-implementation issues.
