I was responsible for the content on our website and our social channels – with a clear focus on consistent, authentic brand communication.Furthermore, I conceptualized and managed our online shop (Shopify), including the technical integration of all relevant tools – from fulfillment providers, translation and email marketing solutions, to tracking setups. - Maison HēroïneHead of ContentFASHION AND COSMETICSJuly 2018 - February 2020 (1 year and 8 months)Berlin, GermanyAs Head of Content at Maison Hēroïne, I led a team of five full-time employees in graphic design, copywriting, social media management, influencer marketing, and web development.One of my responsibilities was content production, which included planning and executing seasonal campaign shoots, video productions, product photo shoots, and the final quality control of all image and video materials and texts.In content distribution, I conceptualized and managed all social media channels as well as social ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google. I was responsible for creating and maintaining the seasonal content calendar, as well as implementing newsletter campaigns, influencer campaigns, collaborations, print campaigns, and POS materials. Through my work, I was able to quadruple the company's Instagram reach and worked closely with the PR agency.For the company's website, I initially managed the online shop with WooCommerce and later with Shopify. I was responsible for the UX/UI design and wireframing of the new Shopify store. Additionally, I led the planning and execution of the multilingual shop migration from WooCommerce to Shopify. Product launches were also part of my responsibilities.During my two years at Maison Hēroïne, I provided technical leadership and guidance to my team, ensuring that all content created aligned with the company's brand identity and voice.
