About Sara

Passionate about life and human dynamics, I have been designing and facilitating tailor-made support processes for individuals, groups, public, associative, or private organizations since 2017.

Always in touch with the needs and dynamics of the people and structures supported, I help cooperation, crisis resolution, and co-creation at every stage; from the emergence of an initiative to the transformation of an organization.

I enjoy creating spaces where everyone feels free to explore and contribute.

My journey has also led me to explore power dynamics and privileges, in order to support greater equity and a sense of belonging.
Convinced that transformations involve both people and structures, I support organizations and groups in connecting their deep intentions with their concrete actions.

An engineer-researcher by training, I integrate practices and tools into my support and training that I have explored theoretically and tested through experience. Theory U, Social Presencing Theater, Art of Hosting, Deep Democracy, Nature-Based Pedagogy, trauma-informed approaches... are some examples of what I have been practicing for several years and can use in a workshop, training, or coaching session.

I therefore mobilize a variety of practices - verbal, visual, manual, emotional, intuitive, bodily, metaphorical - which can be accompanied by time spent in nature.

    Through the collective La Catalyse, I work with organizations facing deep crises or tensions.

    We design frameworks that allow all directly concerned individuals to conduct a collective inquiry into the situation. Supported by the established framework and the sociologists, the group thus carries out its own analysis to develop transformation perspectives that belong to them.
    The framework of sociology supports the expression of all voices and fosters the development of emergent solutions.

    We also design hybrid training-accompaniment frameworks with insights into the mechanisms leading to conflicts, spaces for individual and collective regulation, and the reception and resolution of tensions to move towards collective transformation.

    The implemented frameworks reintroduce movement, re-establish dialogue, and enable the collective to become the author of its transformation again.
