Leading and coordinating the business planning process:

-> Monthly cycle to build a rolling forecast at brand and retailer level

- Aligning strategy between Sales team, Marketing Supply and Finance

- Bringing a customer centric view to the forecast and guaranteeing the quality of commercial forecast

- Ensuring consistency of the forecast with the official targets (Pre budget/ Budget/ Trend) or flag gaps

- Defining promotional and activation plans along with marketing and commercial teams

- Monthly Stock In Trade analysis by retailer to identify risks and new opportunities

- Supporting and challenging the P&L construction by account, from units to conso net sales

(Full scope = 10M units/year // 25 EUR/year)

Starting from January 2022, managing a team of 2 people to integrate new countries to the scope.

- Responsible of building realistic business plan in line with the brand strategy, marketing campaigns and retailers' assumptions, by region and channels (Monthly and yearly targets - Budget and trends updates)

- Forecast at skus level: Regular items + sizing of the new launches (4 waves of launches/year, ≈200 skus)

- Monthly sell-in/sell-out/stock in trade analysis

- Improvement of processes, tools and methods to increase KPIs

(Sales forecast accuracy FY18 = 20% FY19 = 42% FY20 = 50% // Excess and obsolete stock -15% VS 2018)

One year between New-Zealand and Asia:

- Travels around New-Zealand by travelling van and hitchhiking

- Waitressing at The Shucker Brothers in Auckland

- Production line work at Tegel

- Kiwi packing at Zespri (nightshift)

- Four months trip in Asia (Cambodia, Laos, Maynmar, Indonesia, Thailand) This amazing experience provided me an opportunity to expand my field of view and to test my ability to adapt to diverse situations. Moreover, being immersed in new cultures allowed me to understand and really appreciate diversity.
