For over 15 years, I worked in multinational corporations—from the FMCG sector to banking consulting—after graduating with a degree in Business Administration and completing a Master's in Marketing. That corporate path gave me structure, strategic vision, and a real understanding of what it means to work under pressure, lead teams, and sustain results.

But, over time, I began to feel that something within me was asking for something else. A different way of being in the world.

That calling led me to train in ontological coaching, systemic coaching, NLP, and mindfulness, particularly at the Institut Gestalt in Barcelona. What started as a personal quest turned into a profound change: connecting with my purpose.

Today, I support people through processes of change, transition, and clarity. I integrate a systemic perspective, body, emotion, and language so that each person can listen to themselves again, make more coherent decisions, and reconnect with what they truly want.

I believe in processes that transform from the inside out.

I believe in the power of an honest conversation.

I believe in the exact moment someone says: “Now, this path is mine.”

My job is to accompany that moment.

My mission is for others to find their own path, just as I found mine.
