I have 15 years in the writing sector after earning my official certificate as an administrative technician. I worked at AMPCO, a production company where disciplinary measures were extreme, due to the care of the company's reputation. With these demands, I began to be much more organized and strict in everything. Although I was working, I also started my own document management business, where people contacted me due to lack of time. I offered to manage their files, and I made sure they were error-free. Because I organized the exact information of the interested party, and took it to the corresponding office for them to draft with extreme care. Many of these documents were sent to embassies, for visa issues, and if your appointment was in five days, a single error in the document could cause your application to be rejected, which is why I became quite diligent in this management. This is my first mature experience with customer service and administrative support. Discipline and experience that I transfer to the digital sector. My presence in the virtual field is new, but I always carry with me the spirit of administration (detailed organization with discipline). So I don't relax until I leave the interested party's desire to their liking.

LinkedIn connected me with my first clients for correction, rewriting, and adaptation services EN/FR → ES. I delivered projects, but I understood that I needed a structured platform like Malt to guarantee more quality in my career, to be increasingly orderly and organized, always meeting deadlines and confidentiality in each project.

I have taken advantage of many online courses: Edutin Academy, Fundación Carlos Slim, and Googlespace, related to writing and administrative support.

I am open to growing within the digital discipline as administrative technical support, and everything I offer today is due to my 15 years in traditional administration.

I am at the beginning of my career as a freelancer, and I will expand my knowledge in other areas of the digital sector. For now, I transfer my traditional experience and discipline as an administrator to the remote virtual field. I am taking various orientations from Googlespace, Google Docs, and more through online training channels, and I am willing to learn in the practical field of digital writing. I have a stable network and a secure work team.

Within the platform, I look for opportunities in the field of decent writing, and it connects me with interested parties via email so I can deal with them personally, but it only serves as a means of connection, and it is not what I really need at the moment.
