Conflict exists in multiple forms and levels. We can face it, dodge it ... or we can transform it to grow personally and as a team. I accompany teams and persons on organizational transformations (values, culture, framework and organization). In my career I have seen that unity is strength, and I prefer a strongly cohesive team than a group of individualistic experts. Likewise, it is important to know how to create spaces of trust where collective intelligence can emerge, and teams can not only become empowered, but also acquire ownership of the product. If we leave the comfort zone together, we are better able to face new challenges. My training in Physics and Computer Engineering provides capacity for analysis and prioritization, and my Facilitation and Leadership profile combined with training such as Power Intelligence Coach & Power Index Diamond are the ideal complement in organizational transformation based on continuous improvement and OKRs. I have also complemented my training with the Master in Agile Methods at La Salle (Ramon Llull University), a MBA and some certifications... Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
