I founded and sold Avalanche AI (acquired in 2025). Since then, I've been working as an AI and transformation consultant for clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, LGT Bank, the Generalitat de Catalunya, and Orange Business Services, in both regulated sectors (pharmaceutical R&D, private banking, public sector) and digital environments.

Here you work directly with me. I deliver strategy, governance, architecture, and training without intermediate teams.

How I work: I start with the business problem and its numbers, not the tool. I deliver things that work in production and leave the team capable of maintaining them without me. I'm direct with bad news and with what's not worth doing.

Education: MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and BBA from Esade. I work in Spanish, English, and Italian, 100% remotely from Barcelona.
