During my training, I had the opportunity to support the Marketing department of the University of Medellín in creating a dashboard for benchmarking the main universities in the city. This panel allows analysis of aspects such as career costs, for which the corresponding database was built and organized.

Additionally, I participated in consolidating a new database for the Marketing department, intended for another dashboard that visualizes student admissions nationwide for different higher education institutions.

Provision of specialized technical support services within a project focused on the study of hydrogen storage systems using metal hydrides, providing operational and technical support for the implementation of experimental solutions. In this context, I participated in the CAD design of structures and high-pressure systems in Onshape, as well as in the preparation of quotes, installation, and commissioning of the systems. Additionally, I provided support in the assembly, adaptation, and maintenance of equipment, as well as in the installation of electrical panels and automation systems.

During my professional internship, I carried out activities related to the management, analysis, and interpretation of information, supporting the monitoring and control of various processes within the organization. My work focused on the collection, organization, and structuring of data, ensuring that the information was clear and consistent for subsequent analysis.

I participated in cost control analysis using data to identify trends, variations, and opportunities for improvement, contributing to data-driven decision-making. Likewise, I supported the preparation of reports and presentations that communicated the results clearly and understandably.

Furthermore, I collaborated in process improvement through data usage, contributing to the strengthening of information management. Overall, my internship was oriented towards transforming data into useful information that supported analysis and management within the organization.
