At Ailancy, I work as a senior consultant, specializing in strategic and operational consulting for the banking sector. I have led various missions, including:

- OPT New Caledonia: Participation in the modernization of financial services and definition of the change management strategy, including team training and procedure adaptation. Drafted requirements for document production and authorizations, covering all banking and customer activities.

- Agrica: Managed the acceptance testing phase for AMOA teams for liquidation, buyback, and death processes, while adapting processes impacted by the PACTE Law, drafting new requirements, and overseeing authorization and document production projects with updated relevant publications.

- BNP Paribas Overseas: Led the change management project, developing training materials and setting up a training platform, while participating in the assessment of organizational impacts during scoping workshops.

These experiences have allowed me to combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of the sector's challenges, while strengthening my ability to manage change and lead complex initiatives.

We Bolt is a brand of sports massage devices that I created to improve the recovery and performance of athletes, whether amateur or professional. Specializing in the design of innovative devices, the brand offers percussive massage solutions, combining ergonomics, effectiveness, and technology to meet specific needs for muscle relaxation, injury prevention, and physical performance optimization.

This project allowed me to acquire expertise in business creation and management, product development, as well as digital marketing, with mastery of SEO, copywriting, social media communication, and retargeting strategies to reach our target audience and build an engaged community.

As a consultant specializing in supporting Very Small Enterprises (VSEs), I managed a portfolio of over 70 project leaders, guiding them through every stage of their business creation.

My role was to provide personalized support in the complete development of their Business Plan, including market analysis, financial strategy, and project structuring, to transform their ideas into viable and successful businesses.
