Following bp contract completion, was away from the workplace for 6 months to reset and rejuvenate myself before resuming the work. Currently engaged full-time in AI/ML professional development of product management capabilities through certifications in AI Ethics & Compliance (Oxford), Generative AI (LLM) Strategy, and Agentic AI. Delivered hands-on projects using OpenAI APIs, Gemini and Claude including prompt engineering workflows, development of working AI-driven prototypes, and creation of AI-optimised e-commerce solutions.

Led the full end-to-end programme outcome for the RELEX AI/ML Demand Forecasting and Replenishment platform ensuring it landed as a resilient, scalable, adopted product. Set product strategy and vision working closely with architects, data scientists, cyber security teams, and delivery partners. Led a cross-functional team of 30 across bp, Infosys, and RELEX, with commercial accountability for a multi-million-pound delivery programme in a legacy constrained environment.

• • Drove measurable alignment across three delivery teams by establishing a domain-to-team OKR cascade covering availability, out-of-stock reduction, and inventory cost, reducing planning drift and giving leadership real-time outcome visibility for the first time.

• • Established a delivery performance framework across sprint velocity, throughput, and cycle time; automated Azure DevOps dashboards gave leadership real-time visibility

• • Maintained end-to-end traceability from Epics and Features through to business outcomes; introduced DoR/DoD gates including production-readiness criteria that significantly reduced rework

• • Delivered £4.5m inventory cost saving within four months of go-live by leading a complex, multi-vendor launch (bp, Infosys, RELEX) across 300+ UK stores, sustaining 2% OOS reduction per quarter and +3pp product availability uplift.

• • Established end-to-end stock visibility for the first time in bp's history by co-owning API product management with the solution architect, defining governance standards, versioning protocols, and integration acceptance criteria, achieving 99% accuracy across all warehouse and store APIs.

• • Acted as primary accountability point for the Service Integrator, maintaining visibility across the end-to-end delivery plan and managing key cross-programme dependencies

Established the product practice for bp's retail and supply chain portfolio from scratch. Shaped and owned the strategic decision to invest in a market-leading SaaS platform over an in-house build.

• • Conducted user research across four persona groups through structured interviews, cross-functional workshops, and on-site observation; used Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) framing to ground backlog prioritisation in real user needs

• • Stopped an unfit in-house path; made an evidence-based case to leadership, initiated the full RFI/RFP process, and sourced RELEX as the market-fit solution — aligning the £9m investment to measurable OKRs

• • Defined the data product contract for the ODS layer, setting data quality standards, acceptance criteria, and ETL pipeline requirements across Azure Data Factory, ensuring forecast accuracy was traceable to source data from day one.

• • Owned a broad portfolio spanning demand planning, store inventory, direct-to-store and 3PL ordering, pricing and promotions, product mastering, and range and space management

• • Built the Product Owner community across 8 squads from the ground up — standardising ways of working, introducing OKR-driven backlog prioritisation, and establishing sprint goal-setting practices across a multi team programme
