UX audit and competitive benchmarking (Airbnb Experiences, Withlocals, GetYourGuide), definition of personas (tourist, local, guide), user journey mapping and friction points. Information architecture design, low-fidelity wireframes, then high-fidelity prototyping on Figma with a complete design system. User testing on 8 profiles, iterations, and delivery of the final interactive prototype.

Designed features: tourist/local matching system, integrated messaging, local experience booking, verified guide profiles, interactive map, and community activity feed.

Result: a functional prototype of 34 screens covering the entire user journey, from onboarding to booking.

UX/UI redesign of the Hives application, a collaborative project management platform. I conducted a comprehensive UX audit to identify user journey friction points, then rethought the information architecture and main screens (dashboard, messaging, task management) in Figma. The goal was to improve visual clarity, information hierarchy, and interaction fluidity. The new design system helped reduce cognitive complexity and harmonize the experience on mobile and desktop.

Complete redesign of the e-commerce website for La Fabrique Doré, an online store specializing in artisanal jewelry. As a freelance designer, I rethought the visual identity and the entire purchasing experience: existing site audit, navigation architecture redesign, product page and checkout tunnel redesign. The objective was to improve readability, enhance product appeal, and optimize conversion rates. The new design highlights the brand's artisanal universe while offering fluid and intuitive navigation on both mobile and desktop.
