EDHEC graduate, certified professional coach Paris 8 and co-founder of the coaching firm and podcast Les Infaillibles, I support leaders and managers of startups / scaleups and large groups (France Télévisions, Pernod Ricard...) to place their energy in the right place throughindividual and collective coaching.
I firmly believe in the power ofauthentic managementand the creation ofsupportive and aligned manager collectiveswithin companies. Managing is a real profession that is learned and deserves to be exercised in accordance with one's values to achieve sustainable performance.
To carry these convictions, I also co-createdthe podcast, les Infaillibles,in which my partner, Estelle Zakarian, and I give a voice to Tech managers who share, with authenticity, their experience of management, their doubts, their successes and their advice.
