A potential customer who has heard about the benefits of a product from her sister, cousin, mother, girlfriend, or even colleague; will be more likely to convert into a qualified lead than if she saw yet another campaign on TV and social media with major influencers. UGC brings more authenticity to the audience it is presented to. Consumer behavior shows that people feel more connected to the brand when they are presented with personal stories about the impact the product can have on their lives. The goal of UGC creation is to use everyday people who create relevant content by testing, reviewing, and showcasing what you have to offer in a way that resonates with your audience.
