Sandro Tomić

I have been working in human resources for almost a decade. I have specialized primarily in setting up departments, managing medium-sized change projects, and optimizing existing HR departments.

My career started in a credit reporting agency in Berlin, where I worked for about 3.5 years. During this time, as a recruiter, I conducted over 300 job interviews in one year. After that, I became an HR Business Partner and part of the Management Board, and for the next 1.5 years, I took care of all HR management issues for the German market. I also studied business psychology & business administration part-time.

When homesickness struck again, I moved back to Austria. As the HR manager of a medium-sized metalworking company, I built up the HR department and successfully led it to AUDIT.

My approach is very pragmatic. My management style is characterized by appreciation and trust. In order to lead with this style, clear rules are required for all participants and predictability of my actions as a manager.

I underpin projects with numbers and do not rely on measures whose success cannot be predicted at least roughly.

Since May 2020, I have been the owner of an e-commerce platform for unique tables. In March 2022, I began my first consulting project in human resources management. This was followed by further projects in Vorarlberg. In November 2022, I founded an additional service -> the external HR department.
