• General project administration: Manage daily activities related to the implementation of the SME Business Linkage Program (support program for the Malagasy private sector, funded by the AfDB for USD 1.4 million), including procurement management, program monitoring and evaluation, administrative and financial management, progress and financial reports, contract management, consultant monitoring, institutional external communication, in accordance with AfDB policies;

• Participate in the development and implementation of the concept and detailed approaches within the overall framework.

• Ensure overall supervision and monitoring of program components and activities: selection and support of 300 SMEs, *Skills Access component: capacity building program for 300 entrepreneurs (diagnostics, training, monitoring, support and coaching), *Market Access component: design, development, launch and operationalization of a digital platform www.madabusinesslinkage.mg,
