With a solid expertise in occupational health management and organizational transformation, I am a consultant and trainer in psychosocial risk prevention. I work with companies as an occupational psychologist – responsible for developing QVT initiatives and psychosocial risk assessments, and as a management consultant. My work focuses on supporting organizations in their transformation projects and managing HR crisis situations.
