In my training sessions, I offer you the opportunity to improve your personal effectiveness in order to approach your professional daily life with more serenity and positivity. This involves topics such as interpersonal communication, self-assertion, and stress management. To achieve this, I propose an active and participatory method.

Each topic is covered over 2 days with a maximum of 8 participants.

Individual and group activities will be offered. We will also work from concrete cases that you experience daily.

Some examples of topics covered:

Interpersonal communication: The rules of good communication, active listening, expressing your ideas (using persuasive effects), speaking in front of an audience...

Self-assertion: Fundamentals (coping behaviors, keys to assertive communication...), using assertiveness tools in your professional daily life (receiving and giving compliments, making a request, knowing how to say NO...).

Stress management: Identifying sources of stress, discovering 5 keys (regaining control, managing relationships, protecting yourself from intrusions...).
