At UX Republic, a digital agency, my role is to support our clients in user-centered interface design. Using methods like Design Thinking and UX Design, I organize and carry out immersion phases (client and user interviews, Empathy Maps, ...), ideation (creativity workshops, design sprints, ...), prototyping (wireframes, interactive mockups, ...), and deployment (specifications, ...).

My role also involves sharing knowledge through articles published on the agency's website.

At WATTS, the innovation unit of Groupe La Poste, I coached UI/UX designers in the user experience scoping phases of projects. I led the preparation of user-centered workshops, competitive analysis, user journey mapping, and the design of functional and visual templates (wireframes, mockups, interactive mockups). In collaboration with project managers, I contributed to the skill development of UI/UX designers (and other members of the WATTS team) through training days.

At WATTS, the innovation unit of Groupe La Poste, I supported business units in their innovation projects. Working in tandem with the project manager and using Design Thinking and UX Design, we provided a methodology to foster co-created innovations with our clients, allowing us to test and improve them before market launch. Through scoping, immersion, ideation, and prototyping/experimentation phases, our goal was to create desirable, viable, and feasible offerings. My mission was to ensure the desirability of solutions, organize and conduct field immersions, as well as client and user interviews (guerrilla, in-person, ...), and design user journeys, creativity workshops (and design sprints), and web interfaces (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
