Due to the growing company size, the decentralized external manufacturing procurement was then hived off from order processing into the newly to be organized purchasing department.

The perfect opportunity for me to test my organizational skills in departments outside my core area as well. Over the past two years, we have developed, documented, and continuously optimized the purchasing process.

The processes are now ISO 9001 certified and well-documented for new employees to understand. I look forward to dedicating my energy to a new project again!

The first two years of my employment at STERMAN were still fully focused on sales support.

As a sales assistant, I prepared offers from technical documents provided by project managers and subsequently handled the complete international order processing. This order processing also included procuring external manufacturing parts for the project.
