Consulting mission for SEGULA / SAFRAN for the layout study of a new industrial plant. Definition and sizing of the industrial and logistical resources required for the future site. Design of layouts and operating methods (operating procedures, time analyses, Value Stream Mapping). Drafting of functional and technical specifications to support industrial decisions.

Steering and management: Lead logistics transformation projects for the integration of new vehicles, managing multidisciplinary teams of 10 people. Strategy and performance: Define and deploy transformation strategies, by carrying out performance diagnostics and identifying improvement levers for clients in the aeronautics, defense, and transport sectors, generating an increase in operational efficiency. Continuous Improvement (LEAN): Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the use of best planning and execution practices to reduce inventory and lead time. Coordination and reporting: Lead steering committees with project directors and departments, strengthening the maturity of "supply reviews" and contributing to the S&OP process. Representation and business development: Develop and implement a consulting offering in logistics strategy and performance, representing the company at specialized trade shows. Performance monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement visual management to improve operational visibility and management, increasing productivity.

Supply Chain Management: Coordinate logistics flows and information exchanges to ensure the quality and fluidity of the supply chain. Performance and optimization: Conduct studies and implement continuous improvement plans to reduce storage space and labor costs, thus contributing to the company's technological excellence. Processes and transformation (LEAN): Design and standardize new processes by integrating automation and digitalization, and support end-to-end Lean implementation. Development and deployment: Formalize, document, and deploy new working methods within the group's sites, by establishing adequate Supply Chain structures. Collaboration and influence: Collaborate closely with the group's various entities, suppliers, and customers (factories), using your persuasive power to shape and drive change.
