Context: Startup specializing in smart thermostats (remote control via app) — End-to-end coordination of installation campaigns with social housing providers and strategic partnership management.

Main responsibilities:

1. Client Onboarding — presenting the product and its operation to housing provider teams, change management, and deployment schedule validation

2. Internal Multi-team Coordination — liaison with marketing teams (communication tools, dedicated web pages), operations (technician availability), and customer service (staffing and data for call campaigns)

3. Deployment Management — coordinating key stages, validating milestones, and communicating go/no-go decisions to clients

4. Monitoring & Reporting — leading regular meetings with housing providers, tracking registrations, installations, and conversion rates

5. Partnership Management with Effy — producing and presenting weekly reports to the partner (installation tracking, key figures), coordination with the sales department, and billing follow-up

Context: European certification body — End-to-end management of the certification process for HVAC products (fan coil units, chilled beams) and conducting on-site audits with European industrial manufacturers.

Main responsibilities:

1. Certification Management — complete process management from initiation to certificate issuance, compliance with requirements, and deadline adherence

2. Team Management — supervision of a business manager and an assistant, task organization, and performance monitoring

3. Internal and External Coordination — liaison with manufacturers, internal teams, and laboratories for testing

4. Test Monitoring and Compliance — product selection, monitoring test results, and verifying compliance with standards

5. Administrative and Financial Management — contract monitoring, client invoicing, and documentation management

6. On-site Audits — conducting 20 audits/year in factories across Europe independently, and providing improvement recommendations
