I am Sandra Guillemin, a psychopractitioner, certified in helping relationships, after a career change driven by a conviction: to support people in their personal and professional development.
For 25 years, I worked in employment, at the heart of customer relations, marketing, and management professions. This field experience allows me today to understand from the inside the pressures, the stakes, and the human realities of the business world.
I now work with leaders, managers, and teams to prevent burnout, regulate mental and emotional load, and support periods of fragility that are often kept silent.
