I bring proven experience design methods – Design Thinking, agile facilitation, journey mapping, prototyping, testing – to HR and People & Culture challenges: employee experience, onboarding, change management, adoption of tools and AI.

20+ years in experience design: leading teams across 15+ markets, building design systems in a telecom group with €8 billion in revenue.

Most decisions affecting employees are made without truly understanding them. This gap is the most costly: onboarding that loses people before six months, AI perceived as a threat, the return to office that existed only on paper.

I work with HR teams and leadership already in motion, to solve the right problems – with the people involved, not for them – and to foster collaboration between HR, IT, and business units instead of letting them remain in silos.
