I help individuals and organizations cultivate a strong inner ecology to support clarity, vitality, and sustainable performance in a rapidly changing world.

After 7 years in international marketing insights at L'Oréal and a one-year solo journey around the world, I realized that what truly makes us thrive starts from within. This raised a central question for me: What allows humans to stay clear, energized, and resilient in demanding environments?

This quest led me to specialize in a field that has fascinated me for over 15 years : nervous system regulation and integrative mind-body practices.

Today, I support leaders, teams and individuals from Paris to Annecy and Geneva, through practices that help them : regulate stress and mental overload, preserve energy and cognitive clarity, strengthen emotional stability and adaptability, cultivate sustainable performance and long-term vitality.

Trained in mind-body medicine and mindfulness-based approaches by renowned experts (incl. Christophe André, Nathalie Rapoport-Hubschman, Rebecca Shankland, Perla Kaliman), I integrate these insights into a multidisciplinary expertise:
