Working as a senior product engineer, I designed and delivered a white-label solution for Trustchain. Working closely with the product team, we designed a new backend architecture and incrementally shifted towards it, while the customer base grew 10x in 9 months. Besides the white-label product launch, I established extreme programming practices for the development team - trunk-based development, continuous integration, test-driven development, and various DevOps practices. I managed incrementally a complete migration of infrastructure from AWS docker swarm to GCP Kubernetes platform.

greeHill’s Remote Tree Measurement System has powered digital urban forest management for the National Parks Board of Singapore (NParks). I designed and implemented multiple core features focusing on scalability and performance. To name a few, a Google Streetview-like panoramic viewer; an efficient and performant 3D point-cloud viewer to visualize 500k-1M points and visualize greeHill’s multiple proprietary AI-based solutions in a human-readable format.

Working closely with both the greeHill and the NParks’ development teams, I had a key role in the integration of Singapore’s two largest urban forest databases.

At Magyar Telekom, I joined the company during its agile transformation and contributed to the development of the online webshop platform for subscription services. Within a team that strictly applied Extreme Programming practices, we were able to deliver reliably while maintaining clear and transparent communication with management. My contribution was to effectively apply XP principles and foster both individual and collective ownership, which supported the team in achieving consistent, high-quality results.

In the beginning, in the ACC (adaptive cruise control) developer

group I supported the developers from Germany. At Bosch

Hungary, everything is about transferring responsibility to Hungary.

Thanks to a good mentor, I learned a lot about agile software

development and the craftsmanship mindset. I set up a unit test

framework and started writing unit tests for every line of new

code. With these tests, I could deliver reliable code early, so after a

few months, I got the full responsibility of the speed limiter

function for the Honda project in the model year 2017 and in the

next year the full responsibility of Honda ACC function. In both

projects, I had a good relationship with customers. They were

satisfied with my job.
