• Managed the tender process and implementation for establishing a new warehouse location and transitioning to a new 3PL partner for eCommerce operations.

• Enhanced the last mile delivery experience by expanding from 3 to 17 carriers, allowing for collaboration with the most preferred last mile carrier in each country.

• Successfully launched an additional delivery option by introducing PUDO (Pick-Up Drop-Off) services in our key markets.

• Led a packaging materials tender that resulted in improved packaging quality and cost savings by procuring materials directly rather than through the 3PL partner.

• Leading Omni-Channel development for Flying Tiger Copenhagen, accountable for integrating Click & Collect with a Ship-From-Store solution.

• Led the project to outsource customer service, with primary responsibilities including negotiating and finalizing the contract and Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

• Member of the Advisory Board for Yuaia Haircare, providing strategic guidance on overall business operations and major decisions, with a primary focus on leveraging my expertise in supply chain management.

I hold the responsibility for overseeing the Supply Chain and Logistics operations at Sephora Scandinavia, leading a team of four professionals.

CFO, HRD, Supply Chain Director, Category Director, Ecommerce and Retail director)

Within this role, my responsibilities extend to formulation and execution of the Supply Chain Strategy and Budget

As a Project Leader, I have taken the lead in various initiatives, including the establishment of a local warehouse in collaboration with a third-party logistics provider (3PL) in 2018, resulting in a 31% reduction in operation expenses through contract renegotiation in 2020. Additionaly, I played a key role in the succesful launch of E-ecommerce in Scandinavia 2017, the expansion of deliveries to Finland in 2020, and Norway in 2021, and the seamless implementation of new last-mile delivery carrier in 2021.

Furthermore, I have managed two logistic tenders, resulting in a total cost savings of 35%.

My primary Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Stock Availability for both Retail and Web, Stock Budget, optimisation of Stock Rotation,

control of Depreciation, mititgration of Shrinkage, optimisation Supplier Service Rate, management of Logistic costs.
