For these fiber optic providers, I had the opportunity to develop the order streets. Via an API, it is checked whether the address has a fiber optic connection that is connected to the provider's network. It concerns a multi-tenant Laravel application, each with its own front-end: (bestel.trined.nl and bestel.snllr.nl and a separate admin. In the admin, each part of the order street (internet, TV, telephony, and installation) can be customized as desired and provided with all information, banners, etc. Furthermore, there is a complex calculation behind it so that different prices and discounts apply per region.

Friva started with the need from two real estate agents to automate processes. This began with their then-current rental office, where we could read incoming emails. All requests have since been placed in a clear CRM where candidate profiles are enriched with a questionnaire. This system is the basis of what Friva eventually became. Subsequently, Friva was further developed into a full-fledged SAAS product, serving approximately 160 real estate offices by the end of 2025. Candidates who respond to a property on Funda receive an invitation via SMS and email within minutes to schedule a viewing themselves. Whether via a widget on the real estate agency's website. Appointments are directly placed in the agent's agenda, namely Realworks, Google Calendar, or Office365 agenda.

In summary, with Friva, we have shaken up the traditional real estate world and made scheduling viewing appointments significantly more efficient. For almost all of our 160 clients, this resulted in enormous time savings. This allowed real estate offices to spend more time on following up on potential leads for additional services, such as mortgage advice, valuations, or purchase and sales guidance, with less staff or in other roles.

Amidst the Corona pandemic, I kept the consumer webshop of Lindenhoff.nl running. This involved a WooCommerce webshop that ran on an AWS (Amazon) environment. Lindenhoff is originally a catering butcher and also supplies high-quality vegetables, fruit, cheese, and delicatessen.
