With the help of two dentists, we started a dental company in 2021 to build the most streamlined, efficient company we could imagine. I personally built this company on Hubspot using all Hubspot Hubs to ensure all protocols run as smoothly as possible, especially regarding customer service, communication between employees, and marketing. I designed the entire Hubspot structure, implemented it, trained our staff (grew to 10 people in 2 years), and was responsible for any troubleshooting when issues arose. I integrated all integrations that Hubspot was missing using Zapier to customize what we needed. We used Dashboards to assess how our back office handled tickets, follow-ups, conversion rates (per employee), and more. We knew exactly when to help employees when their performance differed from week to week or compared to other employees. Along the way, I maintained a roadmap with ideas and optimizations for the future.

More than 90% of the company's revenue was directly traceable to our online marketing efforts. Starting from €0, we grew revenue to over €2 million per year. The collected data was optimally utilized by using all Hubs and sources connected to Hubspot to maximize the future revenue potential of existing customers. Our lead scoring was based on interaction with certain web pages, emails, clicks, retargeting ads, etc., to convert our (potential) customer base with better-fitting information via calls, emails, and ads based on different custom audiences.

About 8 years ago, my brother and I founded a marketing agency primarily focused on paid advertising in dentistry. During my time at our marketing company, I learned to work with Zapier and countless types of software to solve problems with creative solutions or simply to improve processes for clients and ourselves. In the past 8 years, I have gained very in-depth knowledge in the field of online marketing, creating protocols, and their automation.

I have experience with Zapier since the beginning of our marketing agency and with Hubspot since 2021, particularly as an official Hubspot partner until August 2024.
