VEH is an association that advocates for the interests of (prospective) homeowners. I played an active role in the implementation of the project to migrate the CRM (on-prem) to the Cloud. The project was complex given the numerous integrations with third-party systems and the many Azure Logic apps built. In the meantime, I was also temporarily responsible for the daily management of the on-prem Microsoft CRM environment and provided solutions via Topdesk for second-line tickets. The tasks I performed on the project were functional, chain, and user acceptance testing. I regularly liaised with the Product Owner and the test team. After this project, I continued as the administrator of the Dynamics 365 CRM. I monitored the many logic apps built via Azure dashboards. I also handled data import. Additionally, I was responsible for the weekly release (Azure DevOps) to production. Finally, I added roles and permissions to users. The project successfully migrated to the Cloud with the compliments of the management.

Xebia is an organization that provides ICT training, among other things. The current system no longer met Xebia's wishes and requirements. Therefore, Xebia opted for the Event module from 9altitudes with several additional requirements. I was responsible for arranging the user interface and applying the correct business logic in the app. I also created functional designs that were executed by a developer. I was also involved in workshops to brainstorm new functionalities. Additionally, I handled the installation of the Dox42 document generator software, enabling Xebia to send automatically generated PDF invoices from the app.
