RAS is an artists' association that performed during the Festival neuf 3 event in Montreuil.

The Regard neuf 3 festival is a free cultural festival organized every 2 years since 2019 by the social housing organizations of Seine-Saint-Denis (93) and coordinated by AORIF (the association of social housing organizations in Ile-de-France). It ended on June 22, 2025, after ten days of celebrating creativity in numerous social housing residences in Seine-Saint-Denis. For this fourth edition, more than ever, culture has been the vehicle for encounters, sharing, and emotions, with an ever richer and more diverse program.

From June 13 to 22, the festival unfolded in 23 towns in the department. The residents of the department, accompanied by the 20 social housing organizations organizing the festival, vibrated to the rhythm of visual arts, dance, theater, music, sports... and of course, their own creativity, through more than 40 projects. The focus on inter-housing events helped strengthen ties between different neighborhoods and create bridges between residents of social housing and those of the rest of the territory.
