Within a leather goods brand, I hold a comprehensive and autonomous IT role: I designed, developed, and maintain the entire e-commerce site — from the product showcase to the purchasing experience. In parallel, I built an ecosystem of internal tools combining no-code and custom development, transforming time-consuming tasks into fluid processes: inventory tracking, performance dashboards, decision support tools, automated reporting. Result: the team gains autonomy, management has clear visibility into operations, and everyone can focus on what truly matters — the leather goods business.
