Management of the Airweave operation at the Olympic Village

-Participation in the distribution of the production program according to the main delivery schedule

-Monitoring of all on-site activities (receptions, shipments, deliveries, disputes...) and implementation of temporary and/or adjustment solutions to ensure the continuity and safety of operations

-Management: onboarding, motivation, training, and coordination of team development (70 people), absence tracking, validation of hours worked, management of shared accreditations while ensuring reporting to management

-Participation in the management of human and material resources considering constraints and priorities

-Identification of discrepancies between forecasts and achievements, characterization of the nature of malfunctions

-Application and control of the application of standards and procedures in the field of activity, ensuring compliance with safety regulations

-Adaptation of means to cope with risks and/or variations in demand, prioritization of operations based on urgency to plan their treatment

-Deployment of quality control operations at the end of assembly

-Support to other villages (Versailles, Les Invalides) and satellite villages (Lille, Châteauroux, Marseille, Dugny) for Airweave bedding deployment missions

-Implementation of the Maintenance service

-Preparation for dismantling: contribution to planning, coordination with PAPREC, alert monitoring, participation in sizing the necessary teams, ensuring the schedule, ensuring the operation
