The role that can summarize my current functions is that of Product Director, as I guarantee the entire life cycle of a product or service, taking into account business needs, technological capabilities, and with the customer/user as the central reference point. Therefore, any "label" such as Experience, Customer, Service... accompanied by Design, defines me accurately.

I perform functions ranging from the initial requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders for the UNDERSTANDING and DEFINITION of the problem. Project roadmap planning for the design phase. Definition and participation in RESEARCH.

IDEATION sessions to seek solutions for the project, considering business needs, technical capabilities, and customer needs identified in the research phases.

PROTOTYPING of tools that serve to validate the ideas reached in the previous phases, whether physical, mobile, or web.
