Transverse QA Lead at Pickup services. Pickup, a subsidiary of La Poste Group, is the leader in out-of-home delivery in France. I work in the homologation department, integrated within Pickup's IT department. Being transverse, I interact and work on all areas of the IS, whether it's BI, Parcel, Salesforce CRM for relay point management, and mobility. Within the scope of the activity, here is my involvement.

- Supervision, management, and leadership of a team of 3 QA engineers.

- Execution of test project cost estimations, in collaboration with the head of the homologation department.

- Development of transverse IT project test strategies in connection with Salesforce CRM.

- Design and writing of test plans using Test Manager / Azure DevOps.

- Execution of component tests, integration tests, system tests, and acceptance tests.

- Reporting of anomalies and technical analysis with developers.

- Writing and communication of activity reports related to testing phases.

- Facilitation of testing progress monitoring meetings.

- Skill development in test automation with C# / JavaScript using Selenium under Microsoft Visual Studio.

- Data analysis and report creation with PowerBI as part of a BI-Datawarehouse project.

- Creation of test data sets for test and UAT environments.

- Analysis of Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDb databases.

- Operational maintenance.

- Writing functional documentation for the use of certain applications.

Integration into a Feature Team "Finance / Direct Debits" composed of developers, Product Owners, and a test automation engineer, working with agile methodology.
