For almost 15 years now, I have been developing all sorts of .Net applications (Desktop, Mobile, Web...) for all sorts of clients, which has allowed me to consolidate a certain technical excellence in the Microsoft universe.

I have also been involved with the Lyon tech communities for many years, such as MUG Lyon, HackYourJob, and Software Crafters Lyon.

These communities have allowed me to progress in my profession, where the companies where I was employed could not.

Today, and thanks to this, I have been able to grasp many practices and methods from the agile movement: Pair/Mob programming, TDD, Specification by example, DDD...

It is these skills that I offer to put at the service of my clients, whether by coding according to these principles or by supporting teams to help them master these concepts.

Moreover, with the objective of enabling the team, and then the company, to engage in an 'Agile' process, my advice is not necessarily limited to the development team.

Far too often, strategic decisions made at high levels are too ambitious, and de facto prevent any rapid and regular delivery of value to the end-user.

Therefore, I often lead collaborative workshops (Event Storming, Impact Mapping...) including managers, users, POs, and Developers. First, to understand the business well, and then to challenge it in order to arrive at the best possible solution, deliverable in a short time.

Sometimes (often), it is also the overall testing strategy that is the bottleneck, with very willing QA teams but with little training in automation. Here again, my advice and my fairly clear vision of these subjects can allow you to consider continuous value delivery, otherwise impossible.
