I've spent years growing web products and tech teams as a lead. Today, I'm putting this experience to work for two types of organizations:

→ Companies looking for lead-level support: technical scoping, architecture, delivery, team skill development. I work on projects, on-site or remotely.

→ Small organizations without a CTO: I advise, develop, and deploy their web and SaaS tools, from end to end. A single point of contact, from the first word to the final deployment.

What characterizes me: I challenge the need before coding. I don't sell man-hours – I solve problems, sometimes by advising against development.

Preferred Stack: JS Stacks (in TS) in general: React, Vue, NodeJS...) / Java (Spring) / Flutter / Python... and obviously today I work a lot with AI (training, development of specialized autonomous agents...) I'm always open to new tech challenges.
