Samuel Gómez

With over 12 years of professional experience as a Front End Developer, and leading teams, I apply my skills in web development, with technologies based on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (TypeScript) such as Polymer, React, Vue, Tailwind, Next, Astro, etc., to improve the user experience.

A clean, readable, reusable, and maintainable code are the main pillars in my developments. I achieve this through the use of methodologies and principles such as Clean Code, SOLID, or design and architectural patterns.

Testing is one of the most important parts of good development, and I have worked with testing libraries and frameworks, both unit, integration, and e2e (Jest, Mocha, Chai, Jasmine, Cypress, Puppeteer...). Currently Vitest, React-Testing-Library, and Playwright are my main stack. Without forgetting UI component testing with Storybook.

I have extensive experience in collaborative work methodologies and Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM or Kanban, and Git-based distributed code environments, contributing significantly to the development of high-quality software.
