Using a Lean approach, I guide teams in mastering their Product Flow to maximize upstream work before delivery. From Impact Mapping to Example Mapping and Story Mapping, I support and train teams in mastering these tools.

In a matrix organization where team members are also experts in their field, I help organizations find their rhythm to both secure operational delivery and leverage the strength of communities of practice.

Coaching Key People

The Web Aroma-Zone team inherited a project developed in build mode, put into production, with the need for maintenance, evolution, and to meet extremely strong business challenges. In this context, the team had to simultaneously master the technology, the product, and its organizational framework. To help them, my 4-month intervention focused on the following aspects:
• Delivery: optimize development effort by making the workflow clearer and shared
• Autonomy: enable the team to have all the keys to perform its mission
• Self-organization: allow the team to play with its work framework and improve it as a team
