At Lapp, I was responsible for steering the financial performance of industrial activities. I ensured budget monitoring, analysis of variances between actuals and forecasts, as well as the production of regular reports for management.

I designed and implemented dashboards for effective monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), facilitating strategic decision-making. I also contributed to the optimization of management and reporting processes to improve data reliability and availability.

I worked on the SAP Business One ERP system, particularly for data extraction, processing, and analysis, leveraging strong SQL skills. This expertise allowed me to automate certain reporting tasks and improve the quality of financial analyses.

As Administrative and Financial Manager, I oversaw all the company's financial activities, ensuring the reliability of accounting information and economic performance.

I supervised treasury management (cash flow forecasts, flow optimization, liquidity security) as well as working capital requirement monitoring. I managed relationships with banking partners, financing policy, and debt monitoring.

I also worked on optimizing administrative and financial processes, improving management tools, and overseeing customer debt collection to reduce payment times.

As Administrative and Financial Manager & HR Manager, I contribute to the structuring and professionalization of the association by implementing tools adapted to its development.

I manage the financial aspects, particularly investment structuring, fundraising and management (sponsorship, grants), as well as budget monitoring and resource security.

I also support management in formalizing and optimizing internal processes to improve operational efficiency and information reliability.
